Why you: ambient strings for a desert landscape film, and your DNA lists "score for documentary" as a 2027 goal.
You make the music. Your crew works the career.
Orkestratr is an always-on team for independent artists. It finds work you would never have seen, drafts the pitch in your voice and keeps track of the money. You and your manager decide every yes.
Good morning, Mara. 3 leads fit.
Tue 20 Oct · 41 checkedWhy you: you arrange for string quartet and listed $500 as your floor for shorts.
Why you: warm, acoustic brief in your home market. Lower fit: no deadline given.
38 left out, including 6 trap beat-pack requests. Your boundaries say no trap.
A small crew does the grind. You keep the voice, the taste and the big bets.

Artists told us leads matter most. Leads only work when they fit, so your Artist DNA comes first. Each step opens once you've walked through the one before and said it's right.

"This understands who I am."
- Tell your story in your own words. Orkestratr reads your website, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify to fill the gaps.
- Every line shows where it came from. Missing facts get asked for, never invented.
- Correct anything, keep the sections you like, rebuild the rest. Every confirmed revision is kept.
- A brand book is generated from the confirmed DNA. It becomes the pitch kit for everything after.
Los Angeles composer and violist writing intimate, string-led scores for documentary and indie film.
Warm, plain-spoken, a little dry. Talks about the room a piece was recorded in before the gear.
No trap or EDM work. No unpaid "exposure" gigs. Never post about family.
Revisions
Ten feeds become one shortlist. Each lead becomes a pitch.
Orkestratr watches the sites artists already use for work, and the Facebook, Instagram and Discord groups you're part of, only with your permission. It reads. It never posts in your groups.
- A project raising money now is a production that will need music soon. Crowdfunds count as leads.
- What you skip teaches the filter, so the shortlist gets quieter and sharper.
- Target, pitch, follow up, deliver assets, confirm. One board, and you press send.
Hi Dana, I've been following Salt Flats since your second update. The shot of the dry lake at dawn is exactly the kind of space I write for.
I score documentaries with a small string section, recorded in rooms that sound like the place on screen. "Basin" is a short piece in that direction. If you're thinking about music, I'd love to talk before you lock picture.
One recap a week. And the money you're owed.
Accounts connect read-only. You agree the baselines, then each Monday you get a short recap: which leads turned into work, which posts moved people, and what to try next.
The royalty audit looks for money you've already earned and never collected. It needs no new relationship to pay off.

Orkestratr is a department on the Keemakr platform.
Keemakr runs the parts you shouldn't have to trust a startup with: who can see your records, where your keys live, and what an agent is allowed to touch.
records artist_dna_revisions read · write records artist_sources read · write connect firecrawl public pages connect apify-actor Instagram · YouTube · Spotify limits per run: item cap + USD ceiling
Your records are walled off
Each artist's DNA, sources and revisions live in Keemakr's records ledger, isolated per workspace at the database level. Orkestratr can only write fields it declared up front.
Keys never reach Orkestratr
Connector keys sit in Keemakr's encrypted vault. Calls go through the capability proxy, so the department uses a connection without ever holding it. Disconnect, and sources wait with "connection required" until you reconnect.
One crew today, more departments later
The same platform runs Keemakr's other departments, so Orkestratr gets new connectors and controls without rebuilding them.

What artists ask us first
Will it post or send anything as me?
No. During the pilot Orkestratr only drafts. Later steps move to ask-first, where every action shows you a preview and waits for your yes. Contracts, money, rights and public statements always stay with a person.
How does it get into my private groups?
Only groups you already belong to, and only with your permission. It reads posts to find calls and gigs. It never posts in them, and it follows each group's rules. How you share that access is one of the things we're working out with pilot artists.
I barely have anything online. Will this work for me?
Yes. The Artist DNA works mostly from what you tell us. Public pages fill gaps when they exist. When something is missing, Orkestratr asks you instead of guessing.
How does it decide a lead is worth showing me?
Every lead is checked against your genre, goals, pricing floor and boundaries, and comes with a one-line reason. Anything you skip teaches the filter. Whether leads arrive as a daily digest or as they appear is your choice.
Who can see my information?
You and the people in your workspace. Orkestratr runs on Keemakr, which keeps each workspace's records isolated, stores connector keys in an encrypted vault, and logs every action.
What if I leave?
Export your data, contacts and history at any time. Your social and streaming accounts were never moved, so there's nothing to hand back.
